Subprocessor Disclosure

Applies to: lucentstar.ai and LucentSignal application

LucentStar AI uses the following third-party data processors ("subprocessors") to operate the lucentstar.ai website and the LucentSignal platform. This list is maintained in accordance with our obligations under UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

All subprocessors are required to process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law and have agreed to appropriate contractual safeguards with LucentStar AI.

2. Changes to Subprocessors

We will provide at least 14 days notice of any new subprocessors or material changes to existing subprocessors by updating this page and, for registered users, by email notification. If you object to a new subprocessor, you may contact us at hello@lucentstar.ai within the notice period.

3. DPA Requests

If your organisation requires a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with LucentStar AI, please contact hello@lucentstar.ai. We will respond within 10 working days.
