LucentStar AI is committed to making its website and application accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. This statement applies to lucentstar.ai and the LucentSignal application.
We aim to make our website and application:
Perceivable: information and interface components are presentable to users in ways they can perceive
Operable: user interface components and navigation are operable by keyboard and assistive technology
Understandable: content and interface behaviour is clear and predictable
Robust: content can be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies
We aim to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is in line with requirements under the Equality Act 2010 and, for users in the European Union, the European Accessibility Act 2025.
LucentSignal is a recently launched product. We have taken steps to build accessibility into the application from the outset; however, we have not yet commissioned a formal third-party accessibility audit. The following limitations are known:
The application is a single-page application (SPA) with client-side routing. Some screen readers may require manual page refresh to announce route changes correctly.
The drag-and-drop content calendar interface may not be fully operable by keyboard alone. A keyboard-accessible alternative workflow is available via the post scheduling controls.
Some icons within the interface may not have complete descriptive alt text in all contexts.
The colour contrast ratio for secondary text in some interface states has not been independently verified against WCAG 2.2 AA thresholds.
We are actively working to address these limitations. We will update this statement as improvements are made.
Using high contrast colour ratios throughout the main interface
Ensuring primary interactive elements are keyboard navigable
Using clear, plain-English headings and navigation labels
Avoiding flashing or strobing content
Ensuring form fields have visible labels
Using semantic HTML elements where possible
Testing core user flows with keyboard-only navigation
Our website and application have been designed with the following assistive technologies in mind:
Screen readers (including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver)
Browser zoom up to 200% without loss of primary functionality
High contrast mode
Keyboard-only navigation for core application flows
Full compatibility with all assistive technologies at WCAG 2.2 AA is our target. If you encounter a specific issue, please report it using the process in Section 6.
If you experience any difficulty accessing content on our website or application, please contact us. We take all accessibility feedback seriously and aim to respond within 5 working days.
